**Player Ratings:**
**Joan Garcia:** 6.5/10
Hardly tested by the opposition with Barcelona doing well to restrain them. However, his distribution was reliable and he was composed even when under pressure.
**Joao Cancelo:** 6.0/10
Despite his efforts, the Portuguese full-back delivered a rather frustrating first half display. Some of his ideas were positive, but the effectiveness and execution left a lot to be desired. He was also fortunate not to have been sent off.
**Ronald Araujo:** 8.5/10
A top performance from the Uruguayan defender, who did incredibly well to consistently win his duels. Moreover, he also ended up scoring from a set piece to improve Barça’s lead at a crucial time.
**Eric Garcia:** 8.0/10
Top defending from the Spaniard, who consistently won his duels. Beyond that, his passing was almost flawless as well and he was always eager to help out as much as possible.
**Gerard Martin:** 8.0/10
Did his job well and intervened whenever it was necessary for him. However, he was not exactly directly challenged by the opposition a lot either. He made a crucial late goal-line clearance as well that potentially saved the win for La Blaugrana.

A masterful display in midfield, the Dutchman was always in control and his composure shined through. He did incredibly well to outsmart the opposition even when under pressure, and also provided the assist for Lamine Yamal’s goal.
**Marc Bernal:** 7.5/10
Showcased good positioning and awareness during this performance, and his distribution was notable as well. Solid performance from the young Spanish midfielder.
**Lamine Yamal:** 9.0/10
Yet again, the young genius shines bright for Barcelona when they need him the most. The team was struggling to break the deadlock, but the winger ended up scoring with a brilliant finish to open the scoring. Even beyond that, he was gliding with his dribbles and creating chance after chance.
**Dani Olmo:** 7.5/10
Sharp passing in tight spaces and did well to manoeuvre his way out of complicated situations. Linked up well with his teammates as well.
**Marcus Rashford:** 7.5/10
Created some promising opportunities but should have converted some chances too. He also delivered the cross that Ronald Araujo got to the end of to score his goal from a Barcelona corner.
**Robert Lewandowski:** 6.0/10
A mediocre game by his standards, Robert Lewandowski failed to make a lasting impression during this game. Not the kind of performance he would have wanted to deliver here.

Came on for Joao Cancelo and made things easier for Barça when in possession. His composure helped out the team a lot, and he was the kind of influence they needed on the pitch.

Sharp in the heart of the midfield and did well to progress the ball for Barcelona throughout his time on the pitch. Linked up well with his teammates as well.

Energetic in midfield and kept things moving even when others around him began to slow down and get sluggish. Great cameo.

Eager to make an impression and constantly got into dangerous positions. Looked to have got his reward for it too with a late goal, but it was ruled out for offside.
**Jules Kounde:** 6.5/10
Composed on the ball and did well to replace Ronald Araujo after coming on.
