Cleveland is a disappointing 5th in the East at 30-21.
Garland has missed the last 8 games with an injured toe.
Garland has 2 years and $86 million left after this one on his Cavs contract.
Harden is in the final year of his 2-year contract and wanted an extension that the Clippers were not willing to give.
He’s averaging 25 points and 8 assists for LA this season.
Ironically, the Cavs face the Clippers in Los Angeles Wednesday night.
