Blazer’s Edge Media Correspondent Conor Bergin is reporting that guard Vit Krejci will be eligible to play for the Portland Trail Blazers as they face the Phoenix Suns at the Moda Center this evening. The Blazers obtained Krejci from the Atlanta Hawks over the weekend for center Duop Reath and two second-round picks. Krejci has cleared the necessary hurdles and is ready to begin his Portland tenure.
Krejci averaged 9.0 points and 2.1 assists in 22.3 minutes per game over 46 appearances with the Hawks this season.
Bergin also relays that Blazers point guard Jrue Holiday will be back in uniform against the Suns after missing Portland’s last game, a 130-111 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
