Milwaukee Bucks fans finally got a reason to smile again on Tuesday night, andKyle Kuzmawas a big reason for that.
Still playing without superstar power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo amid the non-stop trade rumors, the Bucks leaned on the likes of Kuzma, Ryan Rollins and Myles Turner to deliver the goods for the teamagainst the Chicago Bulls at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
The 30-year-old Kuzma paced the Bucks with 31 points to go with 10 rebounds, six assists and a steal in 31 minutes of action. He also shot 12/22 from the floor, including three 3-pointers, in Milwaukee’s 131-115 win that snapped the team’s five-game losing skid.
Kuzma posts an impressive stat line in the Bucks’ win against the Bulls on Tuesday
According to StatMuse, it was just the first time that Kuzma had at least 30 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in a game since becoming a Buck.
Kyle Kuzma vs Bulls:
31 PTS
10 REB
6 AST
3-5 3P
His first 30/10/5 game as a Buck.
Kuzma is in his second season with Milwaukee, which acquired him in February 2025 from the Washington Wizards via a mult-team trade.
Without Antetokounmpo, the Bucks have been counting on Kuzma more, and he stepped up for them to prevent a sixth-straight defeat.
Meanwhile, Milwaukee got 21 points, 10 assists and seven assists from Rollins, as Turner produced 15 points to go along with four rebounds, two steals, an assist and a block.
The Bulls were led by Matas Buzelis and Coby White, who scored 22 and 21 points, respectively.
Now 19-29, Milwaukee will look to keep it going on a short turnaround, as it takes on the New Orleans Pelicans at home this Wednesday.
