Celtics at Rockets: Boston looks to avenge blowout loss to Houston

The Celtics will wrap up a two-game Texas swing on Wednesday, finishing out a back-to-back in the Lone Star State with a trip to Houston.

Boston will be looking for a little revenge against the Rockets, who handed the Celtics a 128-101 loss back on Nov. 1 — their most lopsided defeat of the season.

Boston won its third game in a row on Tuesday with a 110-100 win over the Mavericks in Dallas, leaving the Celtics tied for second place in the East with the Knicks.

The Rockets have won three in a row and eight of their last 10.

Star scorer Kevin Durant, who missed Monday’s game in Indiana with an ankle issue, is probable for Wednesday’s game.

Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. in Houston and on NBC Sports Boston. Here’s a preview.
