The NBA has seen its biggest trade of 2026 yet after the Dallas Mavericks traded away 10-time All-Star and $175 million man Anthony Davis to the Washington Wizards.

The huge deal will also see Jaden Hardy, D'Angelo Russell and Dante Exum join Davis in DC, while Khris Middleton, AJ Johnson, Malaki Branham, Marvin Bagley III, two first-round picks and three second-rounders will head the other way to Dallas.

ESPN's Shams Charania was the first to report the trade, adding that Dallas will receive 'a 2026 Thunder first-round pick and a 2030 protected Warriors first-round pick in this deal from the Wizards along with second rounders in 2026 (Phoenix), 2027 (Chicago) and 2029 (Houston).'
