Middleton was an All-Big 12 team selection during his three-year collegiate career with the Aggies. After being drafted by the Detroit Pistons in 2012, he spent 12 seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks, where he won an NBA championship and was a three-time All-Star.
The Aggie averages 16.4 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.1 steals in his 14-year NBA career. He shoots 45.9% for his career on 38.5% on 3-pointers and 87-7% from the free-throw line.
Middleton was traded to the Washington Wizards last year. The veteran will now join a young Dallas Mavericks squad building around rookie and number one overall pick Cooper Flagg.
Anthony Davis was the main part of Dallas’ Luka Doncic trade last year.
