Report: Bucks indicating to teams they will keep Giannis

MILWAUKEE, Wis. ([WISN](https://www.wisn.com/article/espn-bucks-indicating-to-teams-they-will-keep-giannis/70258691)) - ESPN’s Shams Charania reported ahead of the NBA Trade Deadline that the Bucks have indicated to teams they are keeping Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Charania’s report comes after months of speculation about Antetokounmpo’s future in Milwaukee.

He reported that the Bucks would move on to making other trades. Moments later, he reported the Bucks agreed to trade Cole Anthony and Amir Coffey to the Suns for Nick Richards and former Wisconsin Badger Nigel Hayes-Davis.

Antetokounmpo is currently sidelined with a right calf injury. The Bucks currently sit outside the NBA Play-In Tournament.

The NBA Trade Deadline is 2 p.m. Thursday.
