Utah Jazz / Schedule
According to NBA insider Chris Haynes, the Pacers made a run at Jazz center Walker Kessler and offered a package highlighted by two unprotected first-round picks.
The offer was declined, and the Pacers pivoted to Ivica Zubac, sending Bennedict Mathurin along with two first-round picks to acquire the Los Angeles Clippers center.
Kessler is expected to be in demand as a restricted free agent this summer, following the strong season he has been having with the Jazz.
This season, the 24-year-old is averaging 14.4 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks in around 30 minutes per game.
