Tillman, 27, joined Boston in 2024 after spending the first 3.5 seasons of his career with the Memphis Grizzlies.
This season, he has averaged 2.2 points and 1.8 rebounds over 14 games, including one start. He was part of Boston's 2024 NBA championship team.
