Marc Bernal is slowly but surely enjoying more game time at Barcelona after returning from a long injury lay-off.
The Barcelona boss has also made it clear to Bernal what he wants to see from him if he is to enjoy more first-team minutes this season, according to Sport.
“He’s improving but he has to play faster,” was the demand from Flick to Berna after he was handed a start against Albacete in the Copa del Rey this week. Flick is said to want Bernal to release the ball quickly and not over-complicate situations.
After starting in midweek, it’s likely that Bernal will drop back down to the bench at the weekend against Real Mallorca when Barca return to action.
