Austin Reaves, who stepped up in the fourth quarter, reacted to his teammate's injury and expressed his hope that it won't be serious.
"Hopefully nothing major. We need him, he's our best player and the engine [for] a lot of the stuff we do. Hopefully, we get good news tomorrow, and I wish him nothing but the best," Reaves said in a post-game interview.
Reaves delivered a standout performance while Doncic was sidelined, showing his ability to carry the team when needed.
With Doncic's availability uncertain, the Lakers will rely on Reaves and LeBron James to lead the team until the star guard returns.
