Liverpool are preparing to welcome rivals Man City to Anfield on Sunday, hoping to dent City’s title hopes.

CM – Ryan Gravenberch – Gravenberch has been a regular starter for Slot this season, looking to recapture some of last season’s form.
CM – Alexis MacAllister – Slot has been playing MacAllister over Curtis Jones, despite MacAllister’s inconsistent form this season.
CAM – Florian Wirtz – Wirtz was a star against Newcastle, scoring the Reds’ third goal. He will hope for another this weekend.

LW – Cody Gakpo – With Wirtz starting in the middle, Slot will likely start Gakpo on the left-wing like he did against Newcastle.
RW – Mo Salah – Salah has started every game since returning from AFCON, so it seems he is a major player for Liverpool again.
ST – Hugo Ekitike – The Liverpool striker scored twice against Newcastle, taking his Premier League tally up to 10 goals.
