According to Dave McMenamin of ESPN, there is some initial optimism that Doncic is not dealing with a major issue with his left hamstring.
However, McMenamin notes that the Lakers star is doubtful to play Saturday against the Golden State Warriors.
Doncic suffered the injury last night in a game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Doncic exited the game while holding his left hamstring with 3:03 left in the second quarter. He was seen grabbing it for a couple of possessions before leaving.
This season, Luka is playing one of the best seasons of his career, averaging 32.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 8.6 assists, leading the Lakers to a 31–19 record so far, good for fifth place in the Western Conference.
