Anthony Davis reportedly wasn't thrilled to be traded to the Washington Wizards
Ten-time NBA All-Star Anthony Davis reportedly is particularly unhappy about being traded to the Washington Wizards.

According to NBA insider Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated, the Wizards are not going to offer Davis an extension, which is not an ideal situation for AD.
"I don’t think the Wizards are going to offer him an extension... I’ve been told he’s not loving this," Mannix reports.
Davis remains under contract for next season at roughly $58 million and also holds a player option for the 2027–28 season. His future could now be shaped by how committed the Wizards are to building around him and Trae Young.
On the court, Davis has continued to deliver elite production. He is averaging 20.1 points and 11.1 rebounds in 20 games this season and has played 29 games overall since arriving in Dallas.
