Arsenal have confirmed they have reached an agreement to sign Dungannon Swifts defender Daniel McCarron ahead of the summer.
The Gunners have heavily focused their recruitment on signing some of the best young talent from around the world recently. During the January transfer window, Arsenal confirmed the additions of both Evan Mooney and Jaden Dixon, who are likely to link up with the academy sides as they continue their development.
With Mikel Arteta's side sitting at the top of the Premier League table, signings for the senior squad weren't overly necessary during the winter window. Instead, the Gunners looked to acquire young talent from around the world, signing players on the cheap with the hope of them developing into players for the first team in the future.
