After securing the renewal of Fermin Lopez earlier this week, FC Barcelona have now announced that youngster Juan Hernandez has agreed a new contract with the club until 2028.
The new deal will also contain an option to extend the partnership by an additional year.
“FC Barcelona has reached an agreement with player Juan Hernández to extend his contract, which will link him to the club for the next two seasons, until June 30, 2028, with the option to extend the agreement between both parties for one more year.”

Hernandez has been at La Masia since 2020, having arrived from the Real Zaragoza youth academy.
The 18-year-old attacking midfield prospect has enjoyed steady development through the ranks at the Catalan club.
Capable of playing as a No. 10 or on the flanks, Hernandez is currently a part of the Barça Atletic setup, for whom he has four goals and four assists from 20 matches this season.
He has also trained with the first-team players under Hansi Flick regularly this term and has been included in the matchday squad on a few occasions.
