Lonzo Ball is currently a free agent on the buyout market after the Utah Jazz waived him. Reports indicate the Golden State Warriors are interested in signing the guard, who recently played 35 games for the Cavaliers before the trade deadline.
After the trade deadline, Lonzo Ball was left without a club in the middle of the 2025-26 campaign.

Ball was traded from the Cleveland Cavaliers to the Utah Jazz, who immediately waived him upon the completion of the trade.
That doesn't mean that Ball doesn't have any suitors emerging for his services at this time.
As Jake Fischer reports, the Golden State Warriors are interested in Lonzo Ball, who is now on the buyout market.
"As the Warriors are working to convert two-way guard Pat Spencer to a standard roster spot, Golden State also has its sights set on adding Lonzo Ball via the buyout market, sources say," Fischer wrote on his X account.
Ball has played in 35 games this season for the Cavaliers, averaging 4.6 points, 4 rebounds, and 3.9 assists in 20 minutes per game.
