However, Daniel Farke will already have turned his attention to the upcoming clash against Chelsea, with the German looking to replicate the success Leeds enjoyed in the reverse fixture against them at Elland Road.

Since that game in December that Leeds convincingly won 3-1, Chelsea have switched managers, with Enzo Maresca being replaced by Liam Rosenior, who shared his thoughts on the upcoming game.

Like Leeds on Friday, Chelsea also picked up a win in their most recent outing, with Rosenior’s men picking up an away win against Wolves.

Speaking after that game, the new Chelsea boss previewed the upcoming game against Leeds.

“There’s a lot of positives. But I want us to keep focusing on what we can improve. We’ve got a difficult game on Tuesday against a strong Leeds team.”

The last time the two sides met, Farke launched a tactical surprise upon Chelsea by starting both Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha up front together, but whether the German replicates this same gameplan remains to be seen.
