Former England defender Gary Neville said VAR "killed one of the moments of the season" after disallowing Rayan Cherki's injury-time goal in Manchester City's dramatic 2-1 win at Liverpool.
Cherki scored into an empty net at Anfield as the hosts were chasing the game with only seconds remaining as his shot from the centre-circle trickled into the net after Erling Haaland and Dominik Szoboszlai clashed as they chased it down.
