The 23-year-old was chosen by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver to replace injured Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander on Team World for the league’s mid-season showcase.

This year’s 75th NBA All-Star Game will feature a unique round-robin format with three teams: two squads of U.S. players (USA Stars and USA Stripes) and one international Team World.
