Rosenior tells Chelsea board he wants attacker signed in summer!

Chelsea are interested in signing the Argentine ace Valentín Barco from RC Strasbourg, as Blues boss Liam Rosenior has reported informed the board that he would like the South American signed.

Liam Rosenior has been in the CHELSEA job for a few weeks now, and to be honest, he has done a pretty good job getting the Blues chase for a Champions League place back on after a number of poor performances from Enzo Maresca’s men.

However – the Carabao Cup loss to Arsenal last week showed that Rosenior is lacking the players that he needs to get his football style across to the rest of the squad, and there are alot of reports that he will be given the funds to add to his side when the summer transfer window opens up.

And according to a report from Bolavip, the newly appointed Chelsea manager has requested that the club hierarchy sign the player, and he has reportedly informed the Chelsea hierarchy: “I want Valentín Barco back.”

Barco has one goal and four assists to his name in Ligue 1 this season, and he would only improve with coaching and experience. He is well-versed with Rosenior’s system, and he could settle quickly and make an immediate impact.

IcChelseanews Says…

Rosenior is managing one of the biggest clubs in the world, has one of the biggest transfer budgets around and has a bunch of top-level players that have alot of egos that he needs to keep in check, would they really be worried about the signing of Barco?

We are not sure the player will make any difference to that CHELSEA side, he would probably struggle to make any real impact at Stamford Bridge with all the quality that the Blues have.
