If you watched Super Bowl XV on Sunday, you didn’t see a super game. Actually, the play-off games leading up to Super Sunday were more competitive and a lot more fun to watch.

With that said, NBC reported more than 153-million people sat in front of their TV or mobile devices and viewed the big game. On top of that, the broadcast network charged $8-million (USD) for a 30 second commercial airing during the game. That’s a look of coin.

Obviously, this game is a spectacle among spectacles, however, many times it been a boring game to watch, with equally bad halftime shows. But, it’s still the Super Bowl! Enough said about that piece of American culture. Let’s move on.

So, after 25 match days, Arsenal remains on top of the Premier League table with a six point cushion over Man City. We all know winning the league trophy is not a given. We know Pep and his boys are lurking in the shadows, as is Unai Emory and his Villans. The title run will be a horse race, but we have a team built like the greatest racehorse in history, the great Secretariat. Do or die!

After 39 matches in all competitions, Arsenal has won 31, had 5 draws and only 3 defeats. Remarkable. They have also outscored opponents 85-25, had 21 cleans sheets, and at one point in the season had an 18-match unbeaten streak. All of this done without a completely healthy squad. Jesus, Trossard, Martinelli, Mosquera, White, Madueke, Merino, Calafiroi, Rice, Timber, Havertz and Saka have all been sidelined at point in time or the other.

Our hats are off to Mikel Arteta, to his staff and to every person in the Arsenal family for putting such a great product on the pitch this season.

The Gunners remain active in all four competitions with a real chance of winning trophies this season. Can they win all four? That’s a big ask, but why not just ask it?

Can you guys win all four trophies this season?

COYG!
