Arne Slot admires Everton target Marcos Senesi
It emerged on Monday that Everton are showing a serious interest in Marcos Senesi ahead of the summer transfer window.
Senesi is out of contract at Bournemouth at the end of the season, so there is an opportunity to land his signature on a free transfer.
Liverpool boss Arne Slot worked with the centre-back at Feyenoord and speaking in 2024, he praised the Argentina international.

Juventus, Roma and Borussia Dortmund are also credited with an interest, so it won’t be an easy deal to complete for Everton.

So, it looks as though Senesi will be a direct replacement for Keane, who had interest from Wrexham last summer.
The Bournemouth star would certainly be an upgrade, and he can operate as a left-back if need be, so that versatility would be beneficial to the squad.
