Liverpool are believed to be interested in completing the signing of Bournemouth youngster Eli Junior Kroupi, as they look to plan for the long-term future.

The era of Liverpool greats such as Alisson, Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah is slowly coming to an end, and it is time for them to find the Anfield heroes of the future.
According to Caught Offside, Liverpool are “keeping a close eye” on Bournemouth striker Kroupi, with the 19-year-old described as “one of the Premier League’s most exciting young attacking prospects.”
It is claimed that heavyweight trio Chelsea, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are all “understood to be monitoring his progress closely” as well.
Kroupi one for the future for Liverpool
Kroupi looks like a special young talent with a massive future in the game, with Bournemouth teammate Marcus Tavernier heaping praise on him:
“I’ve said before, Junior is a generational talent. The club has done an amazing job to pick Kroupi up. That boy has an unbelievable future ahead of him and today he showed why he’s such a good talent in the world of football.”
Kroupi’s potential is highlighted by the fact that he has been capped by France across six different youth age groups, winning 39 caps in total.
Even more impressive is the fact that he has scored eight goals in 20 Premier League appearances, despite his tender years, showing that he already possesses strong levels of end product.
Kroupi is a centre forward by trade, but he is a versatile footballer who can also do an effective job as a left winger and an attacking midfielder, which should be seen as a bonus by Liverpool.
The Reds should consider him a fantastic option for years to come, and if they can pip some other huge clubs to his signature at the end of the season, it would feel like a major coup for the reigning Premier League champions.
