There was a significant feeling of disappointment inside Stamford Bridge when the full-time whistle was blown during Chelsea’s clash with Leeds United.
The Blues were held to a 2-2 draw despite racing into a 2-0 lead through Joao Pedro and Cole Palmer’s goals.
Some very suspect defending from Chelsea players allowed their opponents back into the game, however they missed a glorious chance to win it in dramatic circumstances.
Anything you would change, Chelsea fans?🤔

Moises Caicedo’s ball across goal only needed to be touched into the net by Palmer, although the star man somehow put the ball over the bar from close range.

Liam Rosenior says Cole Palmer is ‘everything you dream of’
Despite this moment, it shouldn’t take too much away from his performance on the whole, and this is something Rosenior has instructed fans to do.
He was asked by the Chelsea website whether he has started to see improvements in the England international, with the manager completely agreeing with that fact.
He said: “I think everyone can see that. I think it’s clear some of his combination play with Enzo with Moi, Andrey and Joao in the first half was everything that that you dream of really.
“We should have scored more goals in the first half. But Cole’s getting stronger and stronger. No blame on the miss. It happens, and we just keep moving forward and make sure we correct the mistakes we made today, but still concentrate on the positives of the performance.”
What is he talking about? 🤦♂️

Palmer slowly getting back to his best at Chelsea
The last two games have seen Palmer add five goal contributions to his season tally, which is rapidly improving following his injury-hit campaign.
Rosenior has stated he has a strong relationship already with Palmer, and the star man has shown him the necessary respect since he took over.
The games continue to come thick and fast for the Blues, and it is very likely that he will be dropped from the side to face Hull City.
This will keep him fresh for Premier League action, with the next game coming in the competition against relegation-threatened Burnley.
