The Seattle Seahawks had a magical year by winning Super Bowl LX against the New England Patriots 29-13. Seattle had its Super Bowl parade on Wednesday in Seattle, Washington. Running back Kenneth Walker III was Super Bowl LX MVP. He was the first running back to win MVP of the game since Denver Broncos running back Terrell Davis.

Seahawks general manager John Schneider spoke to the crowd during the Super Bowl parade. Standing right next to him on the stage was Walker, the Super Bowl LX MVP. Schneider was talking about the potential future of the running back in Seattle and said to the crowd, “He tried negotiating with me five minutes ago. It was really weird!” It is funny that Schneider would say this to the crowd during the parade.
Seattle has a lot of cap space and there is no doubt that they need to give Walker a good amount of money in his next contract. During the regular season with the Seahawks, he rushed for 1,027 yards on 221 carries and five touchdowns and averaged 4.6 yards per carry. Walker caught 31 passes for 282 yards receiving and zero touchdowns, along with averaging 9.1 yards per carry. It would be a shock if Seattle did not re-sign him this offseason. There is no doubt that Schneider is going to hopefully bring him back and add more talent to the roster at a chance to win Super Bowl LXI next season also.
