TNA Star Reacts to Claim WWE’s Logan Paul Is More Athletic Than NFL Players

A viral social media debate over Logan Paul’s athleticism drew a firm response from former TNA World Champion Moose, who knows a thing or two about competing at the highest level.

After a fan claimed Paul is “100X better” than any NFL player, Moose stepped in to tackle that argument head-on.

The discussion began following Tom Brady’s playful roast of the former WWE United States Champion on the Impaulsive podcast.

As they promoted the March 21 Fanatics Flag Football Classic in Riyadh, Brady questioned whether Paul could hang with elite football talent.

The clip sparked debate online, especially after one X user shared Paul’s springboard moonsault and declared that no NFL player could pull it off.

Moose — real name Quinn Ojinnaka — responded bluntly. “Bro I’ve done both and I was an offensive lineman and respectfully I don’t think Logan Paul is more athletic than me,” he wrote, adding that comparing Paul to NFL skill-position players was “not even close.”

Bro I’ve done both and I was an offensive lineman and respectfully I don’t think Logan Paul is more athletic than me so imagine comparing him to an actual skill position in the NFL. Not even close https://t.co/6Ozsxjvg7Y

Moose Points to NFL Background in Logan Paul Debate

Ojinnaka’s perspective carries weight. Before becoming a main-event force in TNA, he played seven seasons in the NFL with four different teams, including the Atlanta Falcons, New England Patriots, St. Louis Rams, and Indianapolis Colts. He appeared in 62 games and started 20 before transitioning to pro wrestling in 2016.

Since then, Moose has built a decorated career, even previously declaring himself “the greatest NFL player turned wrestler.” He has often credited football for instilling discipline — a trait that translated from the gridiron to the squared circle.

Logan Paul, for his part, has impressed fans with his aerial ability since debuting in WWE. But Moose’s response highlights a key point in the ongoing debate: flashy moves don’t necessarily outweigh the physical demands of professional football.

As crossover conversations continue, one thing is clear — when it comes to athletic comparisons, Moose isn’t backing down from the challenge.
