Six Mizzou players earn invitations to NFL Combine. Here’s the list of Tigers

Six Missouri Tigers football players have earned invitations to the 2026 NFL Combine in Indianapolis.

Among the list of players invited to the event beginning Feb. 26, as announced Wednesday, are pass rusher Zion Young and linebacker Josiah Trotter. Both Mizzou standouts are regarded as potential top-100 picks by media evaluators.

Young, noted as a potential first-round pick by some analysts, had 6.5 sacks and 15 tackles for loss as a senior. A first-team All-SEC selection and Senior Bowl participant, he spent two seasons in Columbia after two years with Michigan State. His 6-foot-5, 262-pound frame, power and technique have excited pro scouts.

Trotter, the son of former NFL linebacker Jeremiah Trotter and brother of Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Jr., tallied 84 tackles and 13 tackles for loss in his lone season at Mizzou. He was a first-team All-SEC selection after two heralded seasons at West Virginia, where he was the 2024 Big 12 Defensive Freshman of the Year.

Tackle Keagen Trost, meanwhile, was a third-team AP All-American as a sixth-year graduate student for the Tigers. Pro Football Focus graded him as the top offensive lineman in the country. He spent one season as MU’s right tackle after stints at Morgan State, Indiana State and Wake Forest.

Mizzou defensive lineman Chris McClellan, who also played in the Senior Bowl, recorded 48 tackles, six sacks and eight tackles for loss during his senior season. The 6-3, 315-pound interior lineman spent his first two years of college at Florida before transferring.

Another Senior Bowl participant, now-former MU wide receiver Kevin Coleman Jr., is headed to the combine after leading the Tigers with 63 receptions and 715 yards as a senior. The St. Louis native spent every one of his college seasons at a different university.

He started at Jackson State, then spent a year each at Louisville, Mississippi State and Mizzou. The former five-star high school prospect was productive along the way, garnering a 2024 All-SEC third-team nod and 2022 SWAC Freshman of the Year award.

Cornerback Toriano Pride, who transferred to Missouri after two years at Clemson, rounds out the list of Tigers who are headed to the combine. He pulled in two interceptions and deflected six passes during his two years in Columbia.
