Why William Saliba is missing from Arsenal matchday squad for Brentford clash

William Saliba has been left out of the Arsenal matchday squad due to illness. The 24-year-old defender was spotted in action at the Sobha Realty Training Centre earlier this week, but he's not travelled to the G-Tech Community Stadium for the Gunners' clash against Brentford.

Saliba, who's one of four changes to Mikel Arteta's side that faced Sunderland at the Emirates Stadium last weekend, has been replaced by Cristhian Mosquera in the backline. Piero Hincapie, Viktor Gyokeres, and Eberechi Eze have also returned to the starting lineup.
