There are a lot of NFL fans who do not like some of the takes that Stephen A. Smith has had to say on TV or on radio in the past. Smith has not only talked about sports in regards to the NFL and the NBA, but he has been very open-minded about politics as well. There are a lot of people who do not like his political takes either.

In the calendar year 2026, it is never too early to talk about who could potentially be running for the 2028 Presidential election. The Dunk Central reported on its Twitter page, “Stephen A. Smith is reportedly “moving closer” to a 2028 presidential run, per

@AdamZagoria” This is an interesting news development on President’s Day Weekend nonetheless.

It would be wild if he did run for President. He probably wouldn’t win because there are much better candidates out there for 2028 like Glenn Youngkin, Ron DeSantis, Gavin Newsome, JD Vance, and others. Smith could try to run, but it may very well not work for him.
