Chelsea face Hull City in the FA Cup fourth round this evening
FA Cup fourth round weekend starts here as Chelsea take on Championship side Hull City. The Blues have already seen off lower league opposition, thumping Charlton 5-1 in round three at the beginning of January, and should be confident of avoiding an upset to become the first team to seal a place in Monday's fifth round draw.
It is a return to familiar surroundings for Liam Rosenior having enjoyed two spells at Hull, one as a player - helping the Tigers reach the 2014 FA Cup final - and an 18-month spell as manager. The Chelsea head coach has overseen an upturn in results since his appointment and will be keen for his side to return to winning ways after throwing away a two-goal lead in the 2-2 draw at home to Leeds in the Premier League three days ago.
The hosts, meanwhile, are too in decent form having tasted defeat just once in their last seven games across all competitions, though an even bigger test awaits this evening. Chelsea team news: Cucurella injured
Marc Cucurella will miss out with a hamstring problem, while Mamadou Sarr, recalled from his loan spell at Strasbourg during the January transfer window, will definitely feature in some capacity.
Filip Jorgensen could return in goal after recovering from a knock, while centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo could feature after his hamstring issue.
