Stefon Diggs and the New England Patriots were close to making history, but fell in the last moments. They managed to get to the Super Bowl, after a 14-3 regular season and cruising through the playoffs.
It looked like the franchise could get their seventh Lombardi Trophy and Diggs his first ever. But they lost 29-13 to the Seattle Seahawks in an embarrassing display of prowess and ability. Now, the wide receiver is facing backlash after a photo he has posted.

The Patriots had an epic collapse in the Super Bowl game, with the lead being 19-0 at the start of the fourth quarter. Diggs had a quiet game with only 37 yards from 3 receptions recorded throughout the game with no touchdowns. He has been receiving much backlash from fans who were disappointed with his performance.

Recently, he posted a lot of cryptic photos on his Instagram. A series of photos were posted with one of them showing him sitting down and spending time with one of his young children. He is holding his child close to him while using his mobile phone. The caption said, “Gratitude and Fear cannot coexist in the same space… a reminder to control what you can control , remain thankful and stay motivated 👑 🎱”.
The timing of the post coincides with his Super Bowl loss, with rumors that he has broken up with his girlfriend Cardi B. The famous American rapper, with whom he shares a child, has reportedly broken up with him after weeks of cheating allegations against Diggs.
He is said to have impregnated multiple women, and may have 4-6 baby mamas. Aside from this, he is also facing a strangulation and assault case. All of this has caused him to receive much backlash from many fans due to his promiscuous behavior and poor performance.
Stefon Diggs slammed by fans
Fans did not take kindly to his caption and his photo, as they believe him to be an unfaithful partner and a bad parent.
One user wrote, “This bro needs 8 sets of arms and hands to hold all his kids and thats just for the year 2025”.
A second user said, “He has probably made 5 kids since sb”.
A third replied, “Where are the other 8 kids?”
Another added, “What’s more powerful is the fact that he has at least 6 baby mamas. I wonder how many he’ll have before he dies.”
A fifth commented, “Not the FLEX he thinks this is. He has cute babies, but the pic would be better without him in it. His interactions with women are UGLY!! Sex on the LOOSE is toxic and needs to go away…”
A sixth remarked, “Seeing dad once a year is great.”
Stefon Diggs will have to focus on his next season, which he has to hope will go better than this one.
