When asked about potentially meeting the three-time NBA MVP during All-Star Weekend, Hansen even caught his translator off guard with a hilarious answer.
"I can't wait to kiss him," Hansen told the media after the NBA Rising Stars Game.
Hansen represented Team Austin in the Rising Stars Game, which was made up of the top young G League talent and coached by former NBA guard Austin Rivers.
During his team’s semifinal loss against Team Melo, the Chinese rookie dropped 10 points and grabbed 2 rebounds.
