The career of Charles Sagoe Jr began at Fulham before he moved to Arsenal’s academy in July 2015 at age 11. He rose through the ranks at Arsenal and signed his first professional contract in 2022. This season, he has been one of the key players for the under-21 side, scoring five goals and adding seven assists in 14 games across all competitions. These performances earned him a place on the bench in a 3-0 Champions League win over Slavia Prague back in November 2025.
