Victor Wembanyama reveals if he'll cry or not when LeBron James retires

Victor Wembanyama is, without a doubt, one of the few players who can be the face of the NBA for the next decade or so.

He's already made a couple of All-Star appearances a few years into his career, displaying just how good he can be at such a young age.

At media day for All-Star Weekend, Wemby weighed in on how he'll feel when this generation's face of the league, LeBron James, retires.

A reporter asked Wemby if he'd shed a tear once LeBron retires, to which he responded, "No" (via Barstool Sports).

After some laughter filled the room, he added to his answer, saying, "...I'm not gonna shed a tear, but it's going to be very weird, for sure."

Wembanyama is in just his third year in the league. Wemby and LeBron have dealt with injuries for chunks of the last three seasons, but have faced off five times so far.

We may only see the two players go head-to-head a few more times before the torch is officially passed to Wemby.

Even though LeBron hasn't been playing at an MVP-level during the past couple of seasons, his historic career still makes fans feel like he's one of the faces of the league, right now, despite the drop in production he's had.

Wemby is right about one thing: It will definitely be weird having an NBA without LeBron, once he retires.
