But in the wake of LeBron-Cleveland reunion rumors, the Cavaliers superstar clarified that winning remains his main priority.
Donovan Mitchell is all in about potentially sharing the court with LeBron James in Cleveland.

But as it is, the Cavaliers' superstar set the record straight that winning remains his main priority.
"As a Bron fan, to be able to be a teammate would obviously be special, but that’s not in my control," he said on SiriusXM NBA Radio. "I control what we got here.
"There’s always going to be reports. It’s natural. It’s going to be a thing. But at the end of the day, my main focus right now is trying to get this championship. Whatever happens, it happens. That’s not up to me."
Rumors and speculations continue to intensify what might be next for LeBron and the looming twilight stage of his illustrious career.
Past reports suggest that he and the Los Angeles Lakers are set to part ways following this season, and Brian Windhorst of ESPN labelled the Cavaliers as one of the potential destinations for the four-time MVP should he eventually leave Hollywood.
Interestingly, a report also emerged that Mitchell and new Cavaliers star James Harden will try to recruit LeBron back to Cleveland.
The 41-year-old holds an expiring $52.6 million contract this season, and it remains to be seen if the Lakers will retain him in the offseason amid the team's main priority of retaining Austin Reaves and finding complementary pieces to surround Luka Doncic.
Many have been fantasizing about a potential second reunion of LeBron and the Cavaliers, as it would be the perfect fairy tale ending for the future Hall of Famer. But right now, Mitchell is steadfast in continuing to push through this season and compete for the franchise's second NBA title since 2016.
Following the Harden acquisition, the Cavs became even more formidable as one of the top teams this season. They are currently 4th in the East with a 34-21 record and have already won all their past five games.
"That’s not up to anybody else in the locker room. I believe in what I can control. But yeah, I mean, it’s LeBron James. At the end of the day, that’s not my focus," Mitchell added.
"I know I’m going to get asked about that all weekend, but my focus is we just traded for James Harden, Dennis Schroder, Keon Ellis. Let’s try to find a way to get a ring and go from there."
