Damian Lillard wins his third NBA All-Star 3-point contest

Weber State legend Damian Lillard hasn't played in the NBA this season, but on Saturday afternoon, he still made history.

The new Weber State General Manager won his third NBA All-Star 3-point contest in thrilling fashion as part of the 2026 NBA All-Star Saturday in Los Angeles.

He totaled 29 points in the finals to beat Devin Booker and Kon Knueppel.

He became the third player in NBA history to win the 3-point contest three times joining Larry Bird and Craig Hodges.

Lillard won the 2023 3-point contest in Utah while wearing a Weber State jersey, and also won in 2024.

He is a nine-time NBA All-Star and a seven-time All-NBA selection. He was also named to the NBA 75th Anniversary team.
