Luka Doncic has responded to Kevin Durant comments about the NBA All-Star Game losing competitiveness, especially when it comes to European players.

Durant recently suggested that the All-Star Game became less intense when Doncic, Nikola Jokic, and other European stars became regulars in the event.
He joked that they do not take the game seriously and pointed to a lack of defense and long-range attempts as examples. Doncic did not agree with that view.
"It was the same when I played in my first All-Star game, so I don't know why KD mentioned me and Jokic," Doncic said on Saturday, via Matej Sportinfo. "But I think we'll see a more competitive game this year with the World vs USA format."

On the court, the Los Angeles Lakers star continues to deliver elite production. Doncic is averaging 32.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 8.6 assists per game this season, putting up MVP-level numbers while leading the Western Conference fan voting once again.
This will be his sixth All-Star selection, and despite the criticism, Doncic remains one of the main attractions of the event.
