Former Chelsea striker Carlton Cole believes Liam Rosenior is liked by the players, and the Blues look efficient under him.
Rosenior replaced Enzo Maresca at the start of the year, and penned a six and a half year contract at Stamford Bridge.
The 41-year-old has made a good start to life and has won eight of his 11 games in charge, and is still unbeaten in the Premier League.

Rosenior’s two defeats came in both legs of the Carabao Cup semi final against Arsenal, but on the whole the Blues have looked impressive.
Joao Pedro has spoken about the differences under Rosenior, and the Blues certainly look much better from an attacking point of view.

There are still some deficiencies from a defensive standpoint, but Chelsea have certainly been enjoyable to watch under Rosenior.
The Blues face a tough run of fixtures in March, but Cole believes his former side look efficient under Rosenior.
“I think they’re efficient,” he told talkSPORT.
“The players like him. That’s the one thing, you’ve got to get the buy-in from the players when you’re a new manager, especially when you’ve got young players.”

After Saturday’s game against Burnley, Chelsea face their toughest run of fixtures since Rosenior arrived at the club.
The Blues kick off March with back to back away games against Arsenal and Aston Villa, whilst they also host Newcastle and travel to Everton.
