Former Premier League star Jordon Ibe has been charged in connection with an alleged assault following his arrest at Luton Airport.
Ibe, 30, is due to appear in court after being charged with actual bodily harm in relation to an alleged assault on December 14, according to the Metropolitan Police.
The footballer, who previously played for Liverpool and Bournemouth, was arrested at Luton Airport on January 30 and was taken into custody.

Ibe, of Chislehurst, south-east London, has been released on bail and will appear at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Friday, March 6.
A spokesperson for the Met Police told The Sun: “Jordon Ibe has been charged with actual bodily harm. The charge relates to an assault alleged to have taken place on Sunday December 14, 2025. He was arrested at Luton Airport on Friday January 30 and taken into custody.”
The right winger began his senior career at Wycombe Wanderers in 2011, where he made seven appearances. He signed for Liverpool in 2012 and made 41 appearances for the Red. He made loan moves to teams such as Birmingham City and Derby County, before signing for AFC Bournemouth in 2016.

His stint at Bournemouth saw him make 78 appearances for the Cherries. Ibe went on to play for teams such as Derby County, Hayes & Yeading United, and Hungerford Town. He currently plays for Lokomotiv Sofia in Bulgaria.
Ibe has also made appearance for England up to the under-21 level. He made 15 appearance for his country at youth level.
