Arteta discussed Arsenal’s rich record in the FA Cup during his pre-match press conference. The Gunners have not progressed past the fourth round since 2020, but have won the trophy 14 times in their history.

It’s expected Arteta will make several changes: “Yes, that’s what we’ve been doing. I mean, try to make sure that everybody is a big part of what we are doing in different competitions, and Sunday will be the same,” said Arteta.

Wigan Team News
Wigan are not in a great place. They are battling for survival in League One and are winless in their last eight league games. This terrible run of form saw Ryan Lowe lose his job and be replaced by Glenn Whelan as the interim boss.
James Carragher remains doubtful to return for the Latics, having missed their previous two games. Baba Adeeko and Luke Robinson have returned to training but are expected to miss the trip to North London.
