New Tennessee Titans Logo, Uniforms Leaked: Report

The Tennessee Titans will reportedly have a new look for the first time in nearly three decades

While the Titans have commonly mixed and matched different shades of blue for alternate looks, the club has never went away from its primary logo being what has been dubbed the “flaming thumbtack” since they made the switch from the Houston Oilers brand in 1999 - until now.

The Titans’ new logo was originally leaked by the popular merchandise selling site, Fanatics, with photos of the club’s new reported helmet surfacing soon after.

Earlier this week, hints of a rebrand for the Titans were thrown out by team reporter Jim Wyatt.

In a recent mailbag, Wyatt responded to someone’s question about a potential new logo for the club - something Wyatt claimed he could not comment on at the time.

The Titans’ current jerseys have existed since 2018, following a redesign, something that was untouched since 1999, which saw the club rebrand from the Tennessee Oilers to the Tennessee Titans, which lasted just two seasons after the club made the move from Houston, Texas to Nashville, Tennessee.

While the Titans new logo and helmet have been reportedly revealed, no official announcement from the club has yet been made, but it’s been heavily rumored that the club will be trading in the navy blue for the lighter shade of ‘Columbia Blue’ used in their old Oilers uniforms.
