Jennifer Lopez Is Taking Heat For Her Opinion On Bad Bunny

Jennifer Lopez and Bad Bunny are both in the Super Bowl halftime show performers family.

Bad Bunny, of course, performed at halftime of Super Bowl 60 in Santa Clara, California. Bad Bunny put on a show at Levi's Stadium, while more than 120 million people watched on television.

Lopez, meanwhile, shared the Super Bowl halftime show stage with Shakira back in 2020. The two Latin pop stars shared the stage in Miami, Florida.

But Lopez is reportedly not happy with Bad Bunny.

Lopez was reportedly "furious" to not be invited onto the field with Bad Bunny during his performance, according to News Nation.

"She's been trying to make a comeback," a Hollywood insider said. "Nothing is working. Her movie ["Kiss of the Spider Woman"] bombed. Her shows in Vegas over the New Year did okay - but it was the New Year - and her singing is being mocked online. She's performing every song live in Vegas and there are some people who are better off lip synching if you know what I mean."

Lopez, though, still managed to send Bad Bunny love.

"Sending you love, positivity and the biggest hug in the world! We are all behind you tonight. I know you are going to kill it! I am here with you the way you were there with me."

Lopez catching heat for her opinion

"Making an appearance wouldn't have satisfied her. She needs the whole stage. All eyes on her. Good thing she wasn't invited, this show wasn't about her," one fan wrote.

"Who's kidding who here. Lopez is upset because she didn't get the chance to make something all about her again like the catastrophic 2020 performance," one fan added.

"Boo hoo, she wasn't invited. Poor toddler," one fan added.

"Let's see what the ratings on Telemundo will be next Super Bowl. The NFL wants a global audience but if it's based on the halftime show then it's not really football anymore. Things were good last year because of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. I wonder how many Swifties didn't watch this Super Bowl? J Lo needs to hang it up," one fan added.
