Jason Taylor has had an enormous impact on the NFL, known for his career as a dominant defensive end primarily for the Miami Dolphins. Having retired in 2011, he is a six-time Pro Bowler and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2017.

Mason is expected to become a big brother once again as his dad is going to welcome a baby girl. His second wife Monica has recently announced that they are expecting a child through a Valentine’s day-inspired maternity photoshoot on Instagram. The post contained photos of the couple with their other child Jordan, who was born in 2021, and had the caption, “She’s already our Valentine God’s sweetest blessing, a baby girl on the way.”

His reaction to his father’s new baby shows their unbreakable bond. He currently plays as a tight end for the Jets, with 44 receptions for 369 yards and 1 touchdown in 13 games.
Jason, who is now 51 years old, got married to Monica in 2020. They once had a viral moment that was captured on camera. She used to be a cheerleader for the Dolphins and is now a fashion entrepreneur. He was previously married to Katina who he divorced in 2015 and they have three children that include Mason, Isaiah, and Zoe.

Jason had a huge influence on his son to become an NFL player. Previously, Mason said that his dad was his biggest supporter and motivated him a lot. He said, “He’s my motivator, he’s the guy I look up to, so people saying I’m in his shadow, that really doesn’t affect me. I’m doing hard work just like he did.”
Jason played one season for the Jets as well, and his son is now following exactly in his footsteps. He said, “My dad’s a big supporter, so I hate to say it but I think he’ll love the Jets, not a lot more than the Dolphins now, but I feel like he’s a really supportive dad and we come from a really supportive family. So he’s going to have Jets merch in his closet, I’m sure of it, and it’s going to be really exciting.”
Mason will now look ahead to the next season with the Jets, while Jason Taylor will look on and support him.
