Arsenal are reportedly set to face stiff competition for Real Madrid defender Victor Valdepenas this summer.
The 19-year-old Spaniard has been heavily linked with a move away from Los Blancos in recent months, with Arsenal credited with a strong interest in the defender.
According to Diario AS, several top clubs are keen on signing Valdepenas this summer.
Arsenal are understood to be closely monitoring the situation, with the club’s interest described as “serious.”
Serie A giants AC Milan are also in the race for Valdepenas’ signature, along with Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen.
