Seahawks Get Wrench in Potential Offensive Coordinator Plans: Report

An OC candidate for Mike Macdonald and the Seattle Seahawks will reportedly interview with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Mike Macdonald and the Seattle Seahawks lost offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak to the Las Vegas Raiders head coach opportunity. Now, the Seahawks could also lose one of their top internal choices to replace Kubiak, ironically, to their former OC.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Sunday that Seahawks quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko is interviewing with the Raiders for their open offensive coordinator job.

Janocko is also a candidate to be the Seahawks next offensive coordinator.

Janocko was in his first season with the Seahawks during 2025. He’s served as an NFL quarterbacks coach each of the past five seasons.

Janocko coached under Kubiak in Seattle and with the New Orleans Saints during 2024.
