PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The NBA All-Star Game will be held in Phoenix in 2027!
Phoenix Suns owner Mat Ishbia and Los Angeles Clippers chairman Steve Ballmer made a ceremonial handoff during this weekend’s All-Star Game at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
The 76th annual All-Star game will be held Feb. 21, 2027, at Mortgage Matchup Center in downtown Phoenix. The day before the big game will feature the State Farm 3-Point and AT&T Slam Dunk contests.
As is customary, the new logo was unveiled following the handoff. The design honors Phoenix with the iconic sunburst logo and gradient inspired by Arizona’s sunsets.
There are four stars beneath “Phoenix” to represent the four NBA All-Star Games the city has hosted in 1975, 1995, 2009 and now 2027.
