Liverpool kits 2026/27: First look, mockups & leaks – everything we know

Adidas impressed with their collection of Liverpool kits this season, and supporters are already eager to see how next year’s strip will look.

Liverpool’s home and third kits this season have proved hugely popular as Adidas have brought back long sleeves to the home shirt and the classic trefoil badge to the third strup, giving the gear a retro feel.

Liverpool signed a 10-year partnership with Adidas, and the release of this season’s home and away kits was the most successful launch in the club’s history, with sales up by over 700 percent.

Their popularity is set to continue next season with a home shirt inspired by Liverpool’s title-winning kit of 1990 and an away top with a classic club badge.

We now have a good idea of how Liverpool’s kit next season will look, so we’ve put together everything we know in one place.

You can clearly see in this mockup, based on leaks, that the home shirt will be influenced heavily by the 1989-1991 home trip.

With the pattern reminiscent of the white, triangular blotches on the old Candy-sponsored kit, it should be a hit among fans.

A key difference, though, will be the darker shade of red, which kit news source FumlerRawk says is to be known as ‘active maroon’.

Unless there is a miraculous turnaround that sees Liverpool win the title, this should be worn for the first time on the final day of the 2025/26 Premier League season, against Brentford at Anfield.

Using the same redesigned classic shield badge that we can see on this season’s third strip, the next away kit will feature red detailing and logos on a white kit shirt with grey accents.

This grey texture is reported to cover most of the shirt with the pattern made up of a Liverbird encased in a shield.

The current third kit might be one of the best we’ve ever seen, so it would be going some for Adidas to beat it next season.

While we don’t think they’ve managed to match the beautiful ‘sea-green’ strip of this campaign, they have still put together what looks like will be a good alternative strip, likely appealing to a younger audience in the shops.

FumlerRawk shared the above concept, made by Rode Kits, for how they believe the third kit will look.

The shirt features a black and maroon pattern said to resemble the Kop’s waving flags in an abstract manner, while the badges are silver in order to stand out against the dark background.

In addition, the shorts are purported to be black with the same silver Adidas stripes, as are the socks, which should retain three hoops near the top.
