Ayesha Curry and Steph Curry have been together since 2008.

At 37 years old, turning 38 next month, Steph Curry remains one of the best players in the NBA. Curry is the primary reason why the Golden State Warriors are hanging on to a play-in spot in a loaded Western Conference.

But there’s no denying that Curry is closer to the end, with his contract expiring at the end of next season. The Warriors are also rumored to be focusing on the 2027 free agency, though it won’t be shocking if the four-time NBA champion remains in Golden State until he decides to retire.

Speaking at the 2026 All-Star media availability on Saturday, Curry revealed that he still loves the game and the process of chasing a championship. It’s one of the main reasons why he remains motivated to play at such a high level.

“I’m still chasing championships,” Curry said. “So, I think that’s the motivation. I feel like it’s realistic, even though you’re not probably going to be on a team that is the perennial favorite going into any year. But we have, I think, a legit opportunity to make a run. And that’s what keeps me going.”

While Curry feels he has a lot left in the tank, he’s already making progress in the next chapter of his life: Hollywood.

Curry Open to Acting Career, Tabs Ayesha to Coach Him

According to IMDB, Steph Curry is attached to at least 29 projects as a producer through his production company called Unanimous Media. Curry opened up about his future in Hollywood in an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle.

The greatest shooter of all time is no stranger to entertainment, despite not wanting attention. He has appeared on ABC’s reality series “Holey Moley” and the Peacock sitcom “Mr. Throwback.” He also has a minor voice role in the animated film “Goat,” which he also helped produce.

But as for more acting roles, Curry has already named his wife, Ayesha Curry, as his acting coach.

“Down the road, if making a project makes sense, and it’s something I’ll work for, why not?” Curry said. “But we already have a full-time actor in the house with Ayesha, so she might be my coach.”

Ayesha returned to acting last year in the Lindsay Lohan film “Irish Wish.” She also has a role in “Goat” and has previously acted in TV shows like “Hannah Montana” and “Good Luck Charlie.”

Comedian Calls Steph a Natural-Born Entertainer

At the Oakland premiere of “Goat” inside the Grand Lake Theater, comedian W. Kamau Bell called Steph Curry a “natural-born” entertainer. It strengthened the possibility of Curry’s next career as part of Hollywood.

“He’s a natural-born entertainer,” Bell told the San Francisco Chronicle. “He can’t play the way he plays, with the joy he plays, with the fierceness he plays without knowing how to act.”

“Goat” co-producer Michelle Raimo Kouyate praised Curry’s commitment to his role of producer. He was still able to find ways to get involved in the project despite his schedule as an NBA superstar and a family man.

In just a few days since its release, “Goat” has already grossed $48 million in box office against its reported budget of $90 million, as per Variety.
